🔁 Refund Policy – FRCEM Study Zone
Effective Date: 25 September 2025
FRCEM Study Zone provides access to digital educational content, including (but not limited to) online question banks, audio summaries, mock examinations, and visual learning resources. All products are supplied in digital format and made available immediately upon successful payment.
In accordance with Irish, and EU consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel and obtain a refund for digital content is restricted once access has been granted.
1. Right to Refund – Limited Circumstances Only
Refunds will be considered only where all of the following conditions are met:
You are unable to access the purchased content due to a technical fault attributable solely to the FRCEM Study Zone platform; and
The issue is reported in writing to

within 24 hours of purchase; and
Our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, which is normally 48 hours and may extend up to 5 working days in complex cases.
Only where all the above criteria are satisfied will a refund be deemed eligible for consideration.
2. Circumstances Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued
Refunds will not be provided in any of the following circumstances:
Change of mind after purchase.
Dissatisfaction with the content, style, or perceived difficulty level.
Expectations of features, services, or outcomes not explicitly advertised at the time of purchase.
Partial use of the content, including access to any question bank, mock exam, audio, or downloadable material.
Access issues arising from:
User’s device, browser, operating system, or software configuration.
Internet connectivity or network restrictions.
Failure to follow provided access instructions.
Refund requests submitted after 24 hours from the time of purchase, regardless of reason.
Once digital content has been accessed, opened, streamed, or downloaded, it is deemed to have been supplied in full, and no refund entitlement arises.
3. Method of Refund Requests
All refund requests must:
Be submitted in writing only.

Full name used at purchase
Registered email address
Date and time of purchase
Clear description of the technical issue encountered
Refund requests submitted verbally, via social media, or outside the specified timeframe will not be considered.
4. Important Notice to Subscribers
By completing a purchase on FRCEM Study Zone, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy and confirm your consent to immediate access to digital content, thereby waiving any statutory cooling-off rights where applicable.
