🔁 Refund Policy – FRCEM Study Zone
Effective from: 25/09/2025.
FRCEM Study Zone offers access to digital educational content, including online question banks, audio summaries, and mind maps. As per Irish, UK, and EU consumer law, once digital content is accessed or downloaded, the right to a refund is limited.
We Only Offer Refunds If:
- You are unable to access the content due to a technical issue on our platform, and
- You report the issue within 48 hours of purchase, and
- Our team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time (typically 48 hours, may take 5 working days).
Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
- You change your mind or no longer wish to use the product.
- You expected different features not advertised.
- You simply "don’t like" the content after purchasing.
- Access problems are due to your own device, connection, or settings.
